EMBL's education facility, the European Learning Laboratory for the Life Sciences (ELLS) bridges the gap between research and schools. Multifaceted training and engagement programmes allow European science teachers as well as primary and secondary school students to experience cutting-edge life sciences research.
Science in School is the European journal for science teachers. It features news about the latest scientific discoveries, teaching materials, interviews with inspiring teachers and scientists, and many more. Science in School is freely available both online and in print. It is published and funded by EIROforum, a partnership between Europe's eight intergovernmental research organisations.
